Packaging was different, blunt blades. Does not re

By: Jaslyn on 10 May 2020The packaging looks different from the website picture. It shows a golden retriever when I receive the box instead of a jack russell terrier. The blades are blunt and abit rusty. I tried cutting papers and tissue to test its sharpness, but it can only do partial cut. Very disappointed with the purchase of this item. Won’t be doing refunding as its not worth the hassle. The rust or some brown substance even got stuck on the tissue that I tested it on. I hope its new.(5)
