Introducing Thundershirt to Your Dog and How to Put it On

Before putting the Thundershirt on your dog the first time it is recommend that you offer your dog a small amount of dry food using the Thundershirt as a “plate”. The rational behind this is that dogs generally become more trusting and comfortable of something that “brings” them food or is associated with food therefore creating a positive association with the Thundershirt and your dog.

Developed to be easy to put on your dog, lay the Thundershirt over you dog’s back and secure the chest and torso straps. The Velcro fasteners make Thundershirt adjustable to fit many body shapes.
