Vets all natural complete mix

27 March 2014I have been using this product for a few years now, and am really happy with the product. However this was the first time I got the vets all natural from the vet shed. As I thought that it would come a little quicker and was a little cheaper! But I did have to chase it up, as I had not herd anything back from the company that It had been shipped! It wasn’t until I logged back in a it had said that the product was on back order that I sent an email asking how long I had to wait! I thought that I had ordered it in time so my boys wouldn’t be with out their food. But I did get a response that it was going to be back in stock and shipped out on the Monday. If that had not been the case I would have asked for a full refund including the shipping cost as they were out of stick and failed to let me know! But yes overall after me contacting them I was happy to have revived my order. And will possible use the vet shed again. With thanks Tammy(5)
